All custom wording is professionally designed and typeset in-house before production. The atelier determines the final font, scale, spacing, line breaks and placement according to the length of the message, the shape of the balloon and the overall composition. Your style preference provides creative direction only.
Spelling is final at checkout
Names, dates and wording are produced exactly as you submit them. Please read every character carefully before placing your order — a missing accent or a transposed digit is reproduced faithfully. We do not send a proof for standard collection pieces, and we are unable to remake or refund a composition because of an error in the details supplied.
For bespoke commissions, you will receive a digital proof to approve before production. Once approved, that proof is what we make; changes after approval may incur a fee and may affect your delivery date.
About the photographs on this site
The imagery on our website communicates the design direction, palette, scale and overall aesthetic of each collection. Some images are professionally retouched, digitally composed or created as design mock-ups to illustrate the intended finished presentation.
Because every composition is created and finished by hand, the delivered piece will not be an exact reproduction of the image shown. Natural variation occurs in balloon colour and tone, reflectivity, placement, spacing, ribbon shade and drape, bow styling, decal placement, foil distribution and personalisation layout.
Colour on your screen
Colours shown on screen are a guide, not a match. Phones, laptops and monitors render colour differently, and brightness, colour profile and ambient light all shift what you see. Metallic, chrome and pearlised finishes photograph very differently from how they appear in a room. Balloon stock also varies slightly between production batches.
If an exact shade matters — matching a dress, a brand palette or a venue — write to us before ordering. We will tell you honestly what we can match, and we are glad to send a photograph of the actual stock.
Substitutions
Where a particular balloon, ribbon, shade or decorative element becomes unavailable, we may substitute a comparable item while preserving the quality, palette and character of the collection. Substitutions are not grounds for a refund.
